Roger Neal’s 17^th Annual Beauty & Couture Oscar Suite Experience – guests, gifts & spa-treatments.

 Roger Neal’s 3 days Beauty & Couture Oscar suite was located at L’Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills.

 ISO Beauty president Mr. Alon Peled, jeweler Raju Rasiah, Jewelers Unblocked CEO Patricia K. Low  and celebrity hair stylist Marcello Costas were all in the suite opening day to unveil the most expensive hair straightener worth $500,000 dollars.

Jewelry designer Raju Rasiah explained why it is so expensive:

“We adorned it with one rectangular mixed cut natural orange sapphire, with the exact weight of 30.22 ct.”

“Most people don’t know that the Ion in the sapphire smoothes the hair and keeps it healthy and shiny.”

 

Jewelers Unblocked provided the insurance policy of $500.000 for this kind of hair straightener during the Oscar week. The policy was offered through the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Hair-stylist Costas was using the straightener on the hair of best actress nominees Oscar morning of the awards, February 24th.

Hollywood High School‘s elite group H20 is considered The Original Glee from the Performing Arts Magnet. They  performed as an opening act at the two floors suite, February 19th.

The Roger Neal 17th Annual Beauty & Couture Oscar Suite has become the place for stars to get pampered, select gowns, shoes, handbags and jewelry for the Oscars. 

“For the past 17 years we have had no less than 3 nominees and at least 8 stars wore designs from the clients in our suite to the Oscars and to major parties” Roger Neal said.

 

Neal and his wife Lynn had over 200 stars and 10 Oscar nominees attending this year.

In the past guests included:  Steven Tyler, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Angela Basset, Adam Lambert, Penelope Ann Miller, Wendi McClendon-Covey, Joe Montagna, nominee Siedah Garrett, and Oscar winning director Michel Hazanavicius and his wife Berenice Bejo of the movie The Artist.

Guests enjoyed spa treatments that included:

* Spray tanning which lasts 7-10 days,  and mini-facials featuring Eminence cosmetics by  Sunloungestudios. MFR massages were provided by ”YourMFRmassage.com”. The studio has locations in Pasadena, Montrose and Studio City, and they also go mobile for special occasions.
