sundancepicHappening Events By Valerie Milano Park City, UT (Hollywood Today) 1/20/13 – Sundance Film Festival kicked off this past Thursday with the sun shining, the celebs in town and the films rolling. Some of our favorite highlights we found were from the food and music industry. The hottest ticket in Park City for “Sound City”, a film from Dave Grohl, former Nirvana drummer and current frontman of Foo Fighters. Grohl and the Sound City Players played for over 3 hours with guest performers like Rick Nelson of Cheap trick, Corey Taylor of Slipknot, Rick Springfield, John Fogerty, Lee Ving of Fear and Stevie Nicks. An incredible evening for those in attendance after Rage Against the Machine’s Brad Wilk’s raucus drumming sent a few guests running for the doors. Adrien Grenier was at the Everest Mansion to support indie rock band, The Skins, whom he co-manages.  The snack of choice is Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle, dubbed “the best part of the brownie. ”Baron and Paris Hilton were also in attendance. The Mocha Toffee Crunch Brownies, created especially for Village at the Lift were a hit as were the Designer Whey protein bars. Girl on Fire, Alicia Keys, was in town to promote The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete” before, it was rumored, scheduling her travel to New Orleans to perform the Nation Anthem at this year’s Super Bowl. Nate Ruess, of Grammy nominated band Fun, was in town, partnered up with Brita and REVERB to change our bottled water habits and encourage and educate fans on how to take action towards a more sustainable future. The Red Pine Lodge at the Canyons was Ruess’s venue where 1-2-3 Go (which includes the Dave Matthews Band’s Stefan Lessard, Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready and Fuel’s Brett Scallions and Kenneth Schal) performed on Friday.

Amazing blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from
somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple adjustements would really make my blog jump
out. Please let me know where you got your theme.
    With thanks
