Las Vegas, NV (Hollywood Today) 11/6/12 – Sir Elton John and over 12 of his dear friends celebrated husband David Furnish’s 50^th birthday recently at Las Vegas’s The ACT, a performance based theater nightclub.

The ACT is located in the Shoppes at The Palazzo by New York theater impresario Simon Hammerstein celebrated the grand opening on Saturday, October 27 to this star-studded gala.

Guests included Susan Sarandon, Christina Hendricks and Geoffrey Arend, Malin Akerman and Michael Gladis.

Hammerstein is a theatrical producer and also created The Box in NYC and London.

With several levels and 9000 square feet, the ACT provides a new kind of nightlife with non-traditional theatrical performances, audience participation in the shows, 5 bars and of coarse, VIP and private balconies.  More from Hollywood Today on this exclusive new Sin City establishment.
