The panel discussed the methods by which media companies are making 9-10 figure bets in this new arms race and what future holds. As a result, the job of today’s entrepreneur is to be in the 1% that breaks through. That’s what investors are looking for in the new funding world – traction (meaning revenue), proven success, a road map to profitability, and a track record of progress along this road.
