LOS ANGELES, CA (Hollywood Today) 70’s Plateau Is Back For Fall 2012

LAZR Tradeshow was a new footwear event this summer, staged at L.A. LIVE’s parking garage roof in a huge tent.
The tradeshow was launched August 13 – 15, 2012, as a community-driven footwear event, created to offer the fashion footwear industry a new clientele on the West Coast.
The mission was to create a 360-degree extravaganza, serving the fashion industry from manufacturer to consumer in Los Angeles, including the Los Angeles Convention Center and LA LIVE, as the west coasts premier location for sports and entertainment.
Many see it as a pre-show to Las Vegas MAGIC show, August 20-23rd. (magiconline.com)
This pre-fall exhibit showed a clear tendency – which is the 70’s plateau is on its way back.
The colors and patterns are wild, usually in printed weave textile or leather, with studded details. The most popular height of platform & heel are from 1 inch to 3 ½ inches high.
LAZR Trade-show is said to have a vision, and is the collaboration of fashion professionals united with a common focus – to bring something new to market.
The show is a selected and focused roster of fashion brands, which offering an inspired mix of men’s, women’s and children’s footwear and accessories.
