Most Americans believe that slavery ended after the Emancipation Proclamation. Monday, February 13, PBS airs “Slavery By Another Name” a 90 minute documentary dispelling misinformation about the little know conclusion of one of the darkest moments in our nations history, the enslavement of blacks in America.
