Hollywood, CA (Hollywood Today) 1/24/12-BlueStar Digital Technologies Inc. has announced the appointment of Augustine Kim as President of BlueStar Digital Technologies - Asia.  V

Kim has served as President and CEO of A&J Enterprises for the past 30 years, producing and distributing feature films in America, Japan, and Korea. He has been responsible for the distribution of more than 200 titles, feature films and TV series in Asia including “The Killing Fields“, “Platoon”, “Once Upon a Time in America” and “The Empire of the Sun”.

Previously, Kim was Chairman/Producer of Landmark Entertainment Group Asia for “Hollywood (Korean Wave)”, President/CEO of EGE/PEH Co., Ltd. (on behalf of Paramount Movie Park for Korea and Japan for location-based entertainment), CEO/President of Four Star Theater, and CEO/Producer of Delta Communications Inc.

As President of BlueStar Digital Technologies – Asia, Kim has signed a deal with BlueStar Digital Technologies  Inc.  to manufacture over 100 Blu-ray titles over the next 10 years. Those titles could add to BlueStar’s bottom line significantly over that period of time. Manufacturing for 10 initial titles is expected to begin shortly.
