ASPEN, CO (Hollywood Today) 8/2/10 — “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen is going back to rehab, where he has his own set of suites, right next to the Lindsay Lohan manor and of course, the Whitney Houston wing. Construction is still going on for the Mel Gibson Theatre and cave.

Charlie isn’t going in for drinking or drugs, he’s going to Promises in Malibu after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge in his domestic violence case.

The 44-year old actor, who appeared in Aspen court to enter a plea, must serve 30 days at the posh ocean view treatment facility, and will likely have limited massage time, but will get extra access to the Sarcasm Center.

Actually, he will remain on three months’ probation and also undergo 36 hours of anger management. Christian Bale, Mel Gibson and Kanye West are the teachers. .

In exchange for the guilty plea, felony menacing and criminal mischief charges were dropped.

It started Christmas Day 2009—Sheen was arrested on suspicion of pinning down his wife, 32-year old Brooke Mueller, to a bed and holding a knife to her throat.

Following the sentencing, Sheen said in a statement, “I’m very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court’s decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me.”

Sheen married Brooke Mueller (his third wife) in 2008.

The actor is supposedly advertising for his fourth wife on Twitter and Craig’s List under the name “Mr. Alimony.”
