HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 8/1/10 – Actress/bad girl Lindsay Lohan will likely be released from jail tomorrow after serving about 11 days in Lynwood, where Paris Hilton was required to serve most of her sentence.
Two differences here, Lindsay did not have an angry judge gunning for her and telling sheriff Lee Vaca he could not release Paris early. It is common for L.A. County’s overcrowded jails to release prisoners early if they were imprisoned for a non-violent offense. Lohan is in for a DUI probation violation, but the word is clear she had other drugs in her life.
Secondly, Lindsay will have a mandatory 90 days in rehab – a fairly long stint even in a nice rehab. That extensive a stretch is usually reserved for multiple offenders of hard drugs.
Yet she will proably not be spending the time at the Morningside rehab in Newport Beach, CA – it will far more likely be one of the walled facilities that keep paparazzi as far from her and her from drugs or alcohol. It is this negotiation with Judge Marsha Revel and various attorneys that kept her in jail through Sunday (when the blogs said she would be sprung) and into the work week.
The rehab could even be outside of L.A. or California where there are some renowned clinics in small towns who won’t fancy those city paparazzi folk.
