Pirates of the Caribbean 4:Depp,Richards,Sir Jagger “On Stranger Tides”

By Tom Wright HOLLYWOOD,CA(Hollywood Today) 4/26/2010–Stranger things have happen on these curse, Depp and Richards and now,  Sir Mick Jagger the other half of the glimmer twins may  jump ship and join the crew for the fourth Pirates film “On Stranger Tides.

Richards, who appeared in the third “Pirates” flick, “At World’s End,” will reprise his role as the father of Johnny Depp’s character. Depp is reportedly very involved in the fourth installment of the franchise and would like Jagger to play an elder pirate, similar to Richards’ role, according to Movieline.

If Depp has his way Pirates of the Caribbean four will sail with Sir Jagger on board as the elder pirate statesman.. Back in the day when sailors were needed shanghaiing was referred, the practice of conscripting men as sailors by coercive techniques such as trickery, lets hope that Captain Jack can get his crew together, this time  Orlando Bloom won’t be in “On Stranger Tides.” also Keira Knightley has already said she would not appear in “Pirates 4.”

A press release from Disney stated English actor Sam Claflin will join the cast . Penelope Cruz will also co-star as Blackbeard’s daughter.

Richards, Depp Family Man

Some  said that it’s  over for his character, you don’t know Jack, this is just the start, the  best is yet to come.  Johnny Depp will sail off into the sun set with this film and the legend of Captain Jack Sparrow will fly the jolly Rodger for ever. Oscar-nominated actor has said he is happy with the role of Capt. Jack Sparrow.

The ship sets sail June 2010 with a release set for 2011 heading back in port with a treasure full of stories and performances that hopefully will bring deplumes  to the box office and just maybe a couple of gold statues here and there.
