Many of the major points covered in this book were first brought to light in Karoline Leach’s book ‘In the Shadow of the Dreamchild’. In fact Woolf follows a very similar line of reasoning it seems to me.

This sounds a very interesting book. And I so agree about Lewis Carroll being fond of young girls only in an innocent way, he enjoyed telling them stories and seeing them happy.
