The King and Queen of the airwaves sends a stern message.

HOLLYWOOD,CA(Hollywood Today) 2/13/2010–
No way Howard Stern, this is to shocking for the long list of haters, “how can this person be allowed on the same set with these children”.. The Parents Television Council asked.
Ellen reportedly hates the idea, and will take herself off the show.
He is the last person that should be allowed on television with his brand of fowl mouth and vulgar show. Oh come on who better one of Tiger’s girls, which Fox just hired as an on air talent..
Fox just doesn’t care, this is for the ratings, in your face American Idol, which could use a ratings lift. Ellen is under contract and Howard is closing out his radio contract.
$100 million reasons to go to Hollywood, just sit there on American Idol and crush or propel your dreams.
Howard is ready to switch channels and go West young man.
Howard has been on T.V. before with his 1990 WWOR New York local cable show which was uncensored and before American Idol he have talent come on air and perform, if you had cable or a dish, this was the only way that Howard could be reached, the show was short lived but was a laugh a minute, it had all the charm of a smoke filled strip club, guests and regulars getting roasted it was an act, this has been the staple of Sterns humor for years.
Side kicks Robin Quivers, Jackie the Jokeman, Artie Lange and Stuttering John, with all the other crazies that have gone on to big and better things, all because of Howard.. He knows talent when he sees it.
If you are his friend he will go to the ends of the earth for you, he has been at the hospital for Artie Lang who was a regular on his radio show, Howard is a stand up guy
Simon said “Howard Stern is his American Idol choice”, he is going to Hollywood. Howard is no stranger to Hollywood, his two bestseller books Private Part and Miss Americas were both made into films, starring Howard Sterns, grossing millions out of the box office and DVDs sales.
His $100 million contract expires in January next year – well before the ‘American Idol’ season. He has been offered a $100 million to sit next to Ellen and watch and pass judgment. The ‘shock jock’, – says “he is ready to return back to Hollywood.”
Ellen is ready to take her ball and go home, she should remember that we the viewing audience have embraced her lifestyle, and who made her feel welcomed, we have, this would be a great mix for the viewers.
You may not know this the same guy who put Howard Stern on radio owns the American Idol franchise and is putting Howard back on T.V. and paying him a reported $100 million to sit in.
Update:
Robert F.X. Sillerman has bought the ”American Idol” franchise. Robert F.X. Sillerman, the music industry baron who recently bought Elvis Presley Enterprises, added another big prize to his vault of media holdings yesterday, acquiring the British company that owns ”American Idol” and its many lucrative franchises around the world.
His company, which is in the process of changing its name to CKX, said it would pay up to $161 million and 1.87 million CKX shares to purchase 19 Entertainment Ltd., a private company based in London.

Howard Stern is the wrong fit for American Idol, period! It will get ratings ONE TIME, briefly much the same way people must watch a train wreck. Then idol ratings will nose dive into oblivion because Paula and Simon are both gone.
Most people associate Stern with things like slime balls, worms coming out of the ground, snakes, or basically anything that makes you feel creepy, or like you must run for the shower. Either that, or they just find him annoying. He’s a few funny jokes, and some hot women, but beyond that simple structure he presents on radio, he’s basically nothing. Once you understand how he works, he’s boring, not to mention disgusting.
In most simple terms. He’s a highly paid troll and nothing more. The ratings jump will just be more Stern fans. Those fans will flood idol message boards and act stupid. Oh I could go on and on about why he shouldn’t be on this show, but if you don’t get it by now, you never will…

Howard is the perfect man for the job. Truth be told, Ellen was the wrong choice. She is NO opinion, is NOT funny and has made the show all about her as she did on her “so you think you can dance” appearance. I am not sure how she was chosen, but I have to stop watching as I cannot take one more second of her alleged humor….

Howard would be great. I agree with the comment about Ellen DeGeneres. Let’s face it a large reason for her getting picked is because she is gay.

That mindless dribble that Ellen puts of is whats truely offensive. Her lame schtick of acting confused and perplexed isn’t funny, it is tired. Amercica should wake up and get with the times. The argument that Howard doesn’t have any music experience is absurd, he has been a disc jockey for 30 years. What is Ellen’s musical backround other than that dumb dancing during her show that everyone pretends is soo funny and crazy. Ellen is lame and although she may have a bigger penis than Howard, she is soo not the man
