HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 2/6/10 — Bring me the Doctor , he is heading to court Monday  reporting to the judge as he tries to Beat It the rap that is for the death of Michael Jackson

Doctor injected MJ with a legal dose , was he just following the wishes of his patient?

“First Do No Harm,” says the hypocritical oath.

- It is being reported that on Monday charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson, according to numerous news reports.

Murray, Jackson’s doctor was the last person to see him alive and is being blamed for his death.

According to reports, Jackson died from a huge dose of a powerful painkiller, believed to have been administered to him by Murray.

Murray is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death, but continues to deny any involvement in his death.

If Murray is eventually found to be guilty he could spend up to 4 years behind bars. Seems short to some, but he did not use a gun, but a needle that was very likely OK’d or even ordered by Michael.

Dr. Murray, a live-in doctor for Jackson allegedly gave the King of Pop a fatal dose of a surgical drug – not the type you can get at Rite-Aid. Combined with the singer’s other sleep medication, he died in what has become one of music’s big tragedies and big mysteries.

The doctor has been under investigation since Michael died, and it is unclear to what degree the pop star had to do with his own demise.
