		<description>Wow what a well writen article Val.  I do believe that  two are three awards shows is sufficient.  I mean when I look at all the college football bowl games it definately does not have the feel when there were just four.  Now everyone is in a bowl game - this is just  an example of too much. Which tries to answer the question..who is the best!</description>

He formed the International Council in good part as a protest of American networks, including his own CBS,that refused to recognize television excellence abroad or to air foreign-made programs. Having more than one Emmy source does not weaken the Emmy, but strengthens it by celebrating the best of TV in its many-hued offerings.</description>
