But, comparing him to any other star, as much as a compliment as it is meant, is not really fair due to the fact that Gerry is a man unto himdelf. He is different from ALL other actors I have seen in all the years I have watched movies, and that is a considerable amount of years!! Gerry has a quality about him that speaks very loudly of "down-to-earth-human-ness!!!" He is a man with a fantastic ability to make you feel all the feelings of his character's, even women can feel what the character is going through even with a man playing the role. That is "REAL" acting ability and being absolutely, incredibly handsome and sweet and totally adorable, he has, for me, always been on the "A" list since the first time I saw him in "Mrs. Brown" in 1997!!!!!!!
