Alleged stalker must have no contact with ‘Spider-Man’ star

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Today) 12/23/08 – Kirsten Dunst can breathe a little easier, having won a permanent restraining order against an allegedly unbalanced stalker who showed up at the “Marie Antoinette” star’s home uninvited in November.
Christopher Smith, 25, was not present in court Monday, when a Los Angeles judge ordered him to have no contact with Dunst or her personal assistant and stay away from her home and places of work. The actress was also not present.
Dunst, 26, is best known for her portrayal of Mary Jane Watson, Spider-Man’s red-haired crush, in 2002’s big-screen adaptation of the popular comic-book series and its two sequels. She made her acting debut in the 1989 Woody Allen feature “New York Stories,” but her breakthrough role was that of prepubescent vampire Claudia in 1994’s “Interview with the Vampire,” co-starring Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.
