HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 3/6/08 — Leslie Feist has swept the Junos, Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys, earning five awards, including best song, artist and album.

The indie singer took single of the year for catchy pop tune “1 2 3 4″ and moments later was back on stage, accepting the best pop album prize for “The Reminder.”

Feist, who records by her last name, earned Junos for best artist and songwriter Saturday during a non-televised industry awards show in Calgary.

Then on Sunday, she garnered three more trophies for single (“1234″) and album and pop album (“The Reminder”) during a nationwide telecast on the CTV network.

Feist, who garnered four nominations at the most recent Grammys, beat out Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne, Michael Buble and newcomer Pascale Picard for the artist of the year Juno.

Buble grabbed the fan choice award Sunday, while rock band Blue Rodeo earned the group award to add to the top adult alternative album and video trophies it picked up Saturday.

The best international album, based on retail record sales in Canada, went to Rihanna for “Girl Gone Bad.”
