Kimmel and Silverman do a little star-f***king, winning the laughter of millions with solid self-effacing Hollywood humor
By Stacey Silberman

HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 2/28/08 – Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel have both hit the comedy G spot with their dueling videos with actors Matt Damon and Ben Affleck getting millions of hits on YouTube. The videos are about how the couple are cheating on each other with the famous actors with self-effacing humor.
The Kimmel inspired rendition of “I’m F***ing Matt Damon,” in which Silverman comes on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to tell longtime boyfriend Jimmy that she has a secret to tell him. And then the video plays for Jimmy on air. Jimmy seems to be shocked by the news that his girlfriend is doing it with rival Damon.
Inspired by revenge, Kimmel snatches up Ben Affleck for a little gay canoodling session of his own, proclaiming to Sarah, “I’m F***king Ben Affleck,” along with a huge cast of comically gifted actors and singers who partook in the raunchy bit of late night humor.
Kimmel’s version included big names like Harrison Ford, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Rebecca Romijn, Don Cheadle, Robin Williams, Josh Groban, Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz, Joel and Benji Madden, Macy Gray, Huey Lewis, a Gospel choir and others. It was a great team effort and obviously a labor of love making.
The “We are the World” type of song parody was funny, but there’s nothing like Silverman on rock guitar singing full throttle about F***king Matt Damon, while he chimed in too.
Also in on the joke was the hunky Pitt (“Mr. and Mrs. Smith”), who had a cameo as a messenger delivering a cake to the bisexual duo, and congratulated Kimmel for f***ing Ben Affleck.
Diaz, who participated in the song, was particularly funny with her added hand-motions during the “We are the World” type rendition of the song.
“Indiana Jones” star Ford played along too, blowing kisses to the hot man couple as he drives by in his convertible sporting a bumper sticker that reads, “Honk if you’re F***king Ben Affleck.”
Kimmel said the convertible actually belongs to Ford and that the sticker is still on the car. Jennifer Garner is mighty generous to share her Ben with Kimmel. And that may explain where Affleck was on Oscar night, while wife Garner was accosted by Gary Busey during her red carpet interview with Ryan Seacrest.
Busey, who didn’t know Garner personally, barged into her interview and swooped in quickly kissing Garner on the neck. Following that debacle, Garner nervously looked for her husband, and exclaimed to Seacrest “where’s Ben?”
It was an awesome retaliation against Silverman and Damon for Kimmel and crew. They both rocked, but in the end, Silverman delivered the better rendition of the song and Damon’s uninhibited amusement in the joke won Hollywood Today’s vote for the favorite of the two.
It just goes to show that a well-executed idea, sung by a trucker-mouthed woman with a sense of sexual pride, coupled with perfect timing, can capture the nation’s funny bone in a way that nobody could have guessed possible.
However, while Kimmel and Affleck were fab, Silverman deserves the lion’s share of the credit. This is her style and she hit it right on Matt Damon’s head. After all, he was one of People’s sexiest men alive and Silverman is clearly one of the dirtiest women alive. That is a fact you would know if you’ve tuned into “The Sarah Silverman Show.”
“I suspected Jimmy was on the down low for a long time now,” Silverman said to the NY Daily News. “I wish I could say I was surprised by this.”
Nobody knows what may come next, but it’s doubtful these two will end this so soon after they’ve garnered much critical attention for their sexual issues in a now open relationship.
“I suppose it’s possible that Sarah and Matt Damon are huddled in a cave somewhere planning their revenge,” Kimmel said. “But one thing I know is, if they are, they won’t tell me about it.”

As to how this whole thing began, the credit is Kimmel’s after he ignited a Damon (“The Bourne Ultimatum”) rivalry on his show after jibing Damon with jokes and gags that involved himself and the show’s parking attendant comedian Guillermo (see YouTube Video Damon/Guillermo, “Jimmy Kimmel Live”).
It looks like Damon and Affleck themselves may be embarking on a new comedy career of their own, because they are both really funny, and are big enough to laugh at themselves.
Perhaps if Kimmel stops cooing over lover Affleck, he and Silverman would publicly kiss and make up. In the meantime, “Ben could not have been more sporting,”he (Kimmel) told People of his video costar. “He (Affleck) told us, ‘Listen, if we’re going to do this, we’ve got to do it right. I don’t want you guys to worry about my image.’”
As for comedians Kimmel and Silverman, obviously they deserve each other. And they seem to have an intoxicatingly funny kind of chemistry. Hopefully, the two have forgiven each other’s trespasses and have started f***king each other again.
One thing for sure is that this has proven to be the new hit of Hollywood comedy, which has sparked a few copy cat videos already, hoping to achieve the same kind of response.

Gerry Screenwriter Casey Affleck, Gus Van Sant returned to his roots in experimental filmmaking with this offbeat feature, whose dialogue was entirely improvised by its two person cast. Two men named Gerry (played by Matt Damon and Casey Affleck) are driving through the desert regions of Death Valley, traveling towards the unknown

Awesome info! I was honestly just thinking about something similar to this the other day so, it was almost “weird” when I ran across this. You would be surprised how many people simply have no idea when it comes to this kind of stuff. Anyway, thanks for getting this info out there and I’m sure I’m not the only one who appreciates you taking the time to post this for the masses.
