HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 5/8/07 — Michelle Zahn of animal talent agency LePaws (Pets at Work on Set) has a new reality show in development to follow up the hit Lifetime show, “Off the Leash.” The show centered around Zahn and partner Stuart Kinzey along with fellow talent agents, dog trainers, pet owners and of course the camera-ready canines.

Their business isn’t in the dumps either: their cadre of doggie stars can be seen in commercials, print, television and film. Some of the four legged stars performed for other pampered pooches at Silver Spoon Entertainment Marketing’s 4th Annual Dog and Baby Buffet held at the Wattles Mansion in Hollywood. They arrived in limos with agents and stylists, walked the red carpet and some even threw fits, just like their two-legged Hollywood counterparts.

Attendees such as Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott, Jason Priestly, Brandon Molale, Kim Wolfe, Holly Robinson Peete, and Samantha Harris among others showed off their prized pets and shopped for glamour items all benefitting “The Center for Discovery” charity.

Among the pooches were Gibson, the world’s tallest dog at 7’3” and Lola, a 4 year old Pomeranian with her own animal product line, Lola In Laguna, who arrived in star style.

Bernie Yeszin, owns and trains Daisy, a Golden Retriever, who showed off her obedience tricks. Daisy’s likeness was chosen by Pedigree dog food to grace the side of #88 Rickey Rudd’s car in 2007 NASCAR races. Yeszin in his former 25 year career as Universal Studios Art Director, won an Emmy for The Tracey Ullman Show in addition to television shows Air Wolf, Murder She Wrote, Simon & Simon, and Good Times.

Silver Spoon Entertainment Marketing creators Melissa Lemer and Lorena Bendinskas were pioneers in gift swag popular at award seasons events. Lemer created the Dog and Baby Buffet as a birthday party for her pet, Kayla, which then ballooned into a 2-day event complete with jewelry, couture clothing, toys, furniture, cuisine, grooming and accessories to pamper pets and babies.
