HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 3/20/07 – Say what you will about Paris Hilton, but when she is catwalking in her element, she electrifies a room. Jaded fashionistas at LA Fashion Week squealed with glee and burst into applause when she hit the runway.

It wasn’t just her celebrity that lit up the 2B Free showcase at Boulevard3 in Hollywood Monday night, she really is that good at sashaying down the catwalk embodying hip, young, rich and beautiful – the exact recipe for selling couture. When on her turf, she is a consummate pro, charming backstage when she wants to be, and one forgets her excesses and excessive notoriety.

Among those in the audience to see her strut were Tara Reid, Robbie Williams, Elisha Cuthbert, Jenna Jameson, Cuba Gooding Jr., Rumer Willis, Phoebe Price, Stacy Keibler and Kaley Cuoco.

Paris charming backstage

Paris is pals with 2B Free designing brothers Cedric and Yves Benaroch, who define their signature style as rock-n-roll casual wear. The pair mix tie-dye with rhinestones and nail heads on styled sweats and Ts for a unique look. 944 Magazine hosted the event, which included hundreds of attendees not in the VIP runway room but packing the dance floor and patio area. While crowded, the full house gave it a big party vibe that has so far been absent at other Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week events.
