Actress Angelina Jolie will be a stay-at-home mom, at least for a while. She told a Vietnamese legal newspaper on Friday that she was just happy to have a chance to focus on her growing family and its newest adopted member from that country, Pax Thien Jolie, “I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life,” Jolie said in an interview published in Ho Chi Minh City Law newspaper. “I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I’m very proud and happy to be their mother.” Pax joins the United Nation’s set in the Jolie/Pitt household: son Maddox, adopted from Cambodia in 2002, daughter Zahara (Ethiopia, 2005), and another girl, Shiloh, who arrived in May last year, after Jolie fell pregnant by Pitt. The strains of Hollywood may take soon their toll, but the mothering force is strong in this one. For the present, she had less trouble completing the adoption than Madonna did with her baby from Malawi in Africa. Of course, Madonna didn’t grant an exclusive interview to the Malawi Legal Journal.
